Plans (UUHP) was established in 1998 and has grown to include more than 155,000 members. They offer both individual, family, self-funded employer groups, Medicare and Medicaid plans. UUHP recently expanded their coverage area in Utah for their individual and family plans, now servicing Box Elder, Cache, Rich, Weber, Morgan, Davis, Tooele, Salt Lake, Summit, Wasatch, Utah, Duchesne, Uintah, Grand Iron and Washington counties.
