Minuteman Health is a 
non-profit health insurance company offering individual and group products in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The insurance carrier was launched by Tufts Medical Center, its New England Quality Care Alliance physicians network and Vanguard Health Systems in 2012, using a $88.5 million loan from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Minuteman Health is one of five surviving health insurance cooperatives created through the Affordable Care Act.
