Elevate

Elevate is offered by Denver Health Medical Plan (DHMP), a nonprofit organization created in 1997 to provide affordable health care coverage for employees of the Denver Health Authority and the Career Service Authority. Since then, DHMP has expanded to cover more than 15,000 members. The Elevate individual plans were created in response to the Affordable Care Act in 2013.
