started almost 20 years ago, and has grown to become one of the leading providers of health care insurance in Northwest Georgia. Founded by physicians and hospitals, Alliant is a Provider Sponsored Health Care Corporation (PSHCC). About half of Alliant Health Plan’s 30,000 members have marketplace plans. Alliant’s coverage area is limited, but crucial. In Hall County, Georgia, Alliant is the only marketplace option that includes Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
