Health Net is a multi-state 
managed health care provider headquartered in Los Angeles California. Health Net offers HMO, POS, PPO and government contract, providing coverage to about 5.9 million individuals in all 50 states and the District of Columbia through group, individual, Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare and Veterans Affairs programs. Started in 1977, Health Net was recently acquired by Centene Corporation. Their individual, family, group and Medicare coverage extends through Arizona, California, Oregon and Washington.
