The office hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST., although we know sales do not end at 6 p.m. Utilize voicemail or emails outside of business hours, and someone will get back to you within 24 hours. Agents also have direct access Sales Managers and Assistant Sales Managers, who are always eager to help agents reach their full potential.
The support doesn’t stop there. In addition to our various back office departments, agents are also invited to utilize various training platforms we’ve implemented, including a weekly sales training webinar and the content on our training website.
