We understand that you have a variety of choices for an FMO, and we want you to feel confident that not only are you receiving the best training, support and products, but also the highest level commissions in the industry.
Our commissions are based on production as well as tier (i.e. Producer, Agent, Sales Manager, Sales Director, etc.), allowing you direct control of your revenue so you can appropriately plan your marketing strategy. Wherever possible, we provide commission advances, interest free, affording you an advantage by having easy access to more capital to grow your business. Our New Business Commissions are paid weekly, and Residual Commissions are paid monthly. In the case of individual health insurance, some carriers are cutting back renewal commissions, but most supplemental, life and Medicare carriers do pay renewals.
