Compensation

American Insurance Organization strongly believes in providing unparalleled compensation to our agents. Our goal is to build the largest insurance marketing organization in the country, with the highest quality agents. We understand that you have a variety of choices for an FMO, and we want you to feel confident that not only are you receiving the best training, support and products, but also the highest level commissions in the industry.

Our commissions are based on production as well as tier (i.e. Producer, Agent, Sales Manager, Sales Director, etc.), allowing you direct control of your revenue so you can appropriately plan your marketing strategy. Wherever possible, we provide commission advances, interest free, affording you an advantage by having easy access to more capital to grow your business. Our New Business Commissions are paid weekly, and Residual Commissions are paid monthly. In the case of individual health insurance, some carriers are cutting back renewal commissions, but most supplemental, life and Medicare carriers do pay renewals.

We differ from other marketing organizations in several major ways:

1. We provide you with a clearly defined path to obtain higher commission levels.
2. We encourage you to grow your business by recruiting other agents and building a downline.
3. Agents can easily move up commission levels in two ways: Building production and recruiting agents.

Commission schedules became more complex as healthcare reform was implemented. Our schedules are easy to read and follow, and our Commissions Department is readily available through phone and email, so agents are able to focus on growing and retaining their book of business and recruiting.
